It happens to all of us, doesn't it? Picture yourself going out with a hot date, and after a romantic dinner, you're in the mood for some sèx activity. But right then, your stomach expresses its displeasure: you feel incredibly bloated, and your libido also declines! It may seem as though something unexpected happened, but the dinner you had is to blame. We all know the foods that can make the bedroom hotter, but what about the foods that make the mood miserable?
In order to help you avoid certain foods and have sèx with your date, we are here to list them all:
Foods in cans or processed
Processed or canned food tends to be overly salty, which can cause bloating. Choose a less manufactured meal instead, preferably one that is homemade. Additionally, cooking at home is usually more romantic; nothing says coziness like home-cooked food.
A French fry
If you want a terrific romp in the sack, stay away from French fries and other salty, fried meals. The trans-fat in these foods has an adverse effect on testosterone levels, decreasing blood flow to your nether regions. These meals bloat you and decrease sèx drive by affecting circulation. These foods may make it more difficult for males to maintain an erect posture for a longer period of time.

Cauliflower
The complex carbohydrates in cauliflower, broccoli, and even Brussels sprouts can cause bloating. To digest them, the body must release methane, which is clearly not a very pleasant thought while you are in bed with someone.
Beans
Beans should be avoided before a large night since they cause gas and bloating, neither of which are desirable. Choose something a little safer rather than skipping that hot Mexican taco.
What? 😩
